Instructions

Place about three-quarters of the back part of the belt (widest area of the belt where the Lumbar Support Strips are found) above your waistline.
Bring the primary straps (the wider non-stretchable straps) around your belly and secure them tightly.
Pull the secondary elastic straps firmly, starting with the strap without the logo and pull it to the front (navel region) and secure it with the Velcro® fastener. Now do the same with the secondary elastic strap with the Body InSync Osteopathic Care™ logo. You should feel a comfortable support and even decompression on your lumbar spine at this point.
